On February 5, 2022, the Egyptian Front for Human Rights monitored the appearance of Habiba Ahmed Mohamed Sobhi (27 years old) before (SSSP) the Supreme State Security Prosecution for investigation in Case No. 1527/ 2018, which accused her of joining and financing a terrorist group. It is worth noting that Habiba Sobhi, her mother and her sisters, were arrested on September 27, 2021, in a security ambush in the East Nile region in Sudan. They were taken to the Sudanese Intelligence headquarters and kept in detention until they were handed over to Egypt on February 2, 2022.
