Egyptian Front for Human Rights (EFHR) is an independent organization established in 2017. The Front works to improve the human rights situation in Egypt through research, advocacy and legal work, specifically in criminal justice.

Vision

Towards a strong society and a just country

Mission

As part of the human rights movement, the Egyptian Front aims to create a safe environment where people can exercise their fundamental rights and freedoms without threat. The legislation, policies and the authorities’ practices are subject to international human rights standards. The Front also aims to strengthen the capacities of civil society institutions and activists to influence public policies.

Values

The Egyptian Front believes in the values of human rights. It works within teamwork in a safe working environment that respects diversity and participatory management that promotes transparency and a continuing process of learning and education while ensuring professionalism, creativity and sustainability of the activity.  It also welcomes support from organizations that engage with and support the Egyptian human rights movement.

The Egyptian Front for Human Rights is an independent human rights organization established in 2017 by a number of activists and human rights defenders. The organization aims to improve human rights conditions in Egypt through advocacy efforts, research, and legal support in several areas, most notably criminal justice.
